I have no idea why one keyword lost some rankings, but it's a secondary keyword, so no big deal. Service wise there were some delays with project delivering, but communication was fast and project was completed 100% at the end of the day.

1. No idea why that keyword dropped 11 spots, checked your reports again,that anchor didn't get overused, I'm puzzled.

2. Delays. Yep. As much as we'd really love it to, dchuk and I are finally accepting that manual doesn't scale. Even when we're running 8 full time VA's, just managing them is a full time job for one person. And since we know that to do these right, where they really improve your rankings, it's a shit ton of manual steps and data management. Not sure at this point if we'll relaunch this service publicly or not, we've both got quite a few projects atm and a couple of volume clients keeping the staff tied up for weeks on end. Stay tuned. Existing user base will be the first to know.

Bottom line: it does improve your rankings, what else do you need from SEO service? As you can see I got a few #1 spots.

I just realized you're offering the Layered Links service now. That explains why dchuk never responded to my private message.

Anyway, I ordered the Baby Fish package several days ago. Although I can't provide a review quite yet (since the project isn't finished) I want to share my initial impression.

The site is incredible. The theme used for the front-end is simple, clean and honestly what I like most so far. The backend provides you with a play-by-play, as well as a fairly decent progress indicator based on the amount of work completed.

I like that the system requires the client to approve each article after it has been written. This sort of system is something I haven't seen other SEOs utilize.

Again, I can't comment on the quality of the package I purchased quite yet, but will as soon as it's complete.

Will I receive a detailed report once everything is complete?
