Lead tracking services?



My guess is any decent opensource crm would be easy to integrate with forms.
I once did this with tigercrm (it was free, I see they started charging now).
Dont know about tracking phones, though I know there are solutions for this too.
 
You need a CRM of some sort. However the phones will be really hard unless whoever is taking the call will input the lead into your CRM platform (ideal). Tracking the CRM stuff would be as simple as using something like prosper and linking the prosper click id with the action you wanted the customer to complete, once completed the click id is saved and you can cross reference where the traffic comes from and what gives you the best ROI.
 
Quick run down of my setup.

MailGun Parses data from the contact form email and then throws it into a mysql database. I then use a bootstrap GUI to see said mysql database that looks all pretty.

As for phone numbers go with twilio. You can use their API to email you a call. Said email can be parsed with mailgun. However having 300 phone numbers at $2 a piece + the amount of minutes might not be worth it. If you had 5 phone numbers + minutes it might be a better option however that depends on you.

Its funny we just built something like this so our clients could see their email leads and phone leads in one place
 
If it helps any, I have a free CRM coming out shortly. Nothing too exciting, but nice little free package. To start will integrate with Mailchimp and Sendgrid, manage campaigns / forms (incl. fields like phone), define marketing funnels if wanted, import / export, API, etc.

Would have been out already, but swamped with contract work right now. Hopefully within the next week or two.

Future plans to integrate into xmark dashboard?
 
Are you looking for something like Leadtrack ? or Leads360 ? That should help if you need lead tracking software.
 
Might look at Boberdoo? No first hand usage and may not do whet you want. But it's popular with some folks I know who do quite well and where money is no object.
