has the domain transfer completed?

did it complete prior to the date postmarked on the envelope?

if you run whois is the info in the name of the new registrant?

If so - I'd personally just ignore it, you don't own the domain - though I *AM NOT* an attorney.

If you sold the domain before you got the letter you have nothing to worry about. Just reply to thier letter stating you do not own the domain.
