Because alcohol (for what I know) doesn't hallucinate. And most drugs do.
I think it's also easier getting addicted to drugs. Tho if you are addicted to alcohol it's more difficult to stop drinking.

It does make you hallucinate if you're an alcoholic, and are consuming serious amounts of it.

I approve. Drink generally turns people into assholes, but the weed tends to relax and chill the mood.

Don't really do it anymore myself though, as no work would ever get done (would probably end up glued to the Xbox).

I'm sober and in recovery. I also believe weed is a gateway drug. But - we should legalize it anyways. I could expound upon why, but it'd just be better that way.

I don't support the use of drugs, however I see it as only one of two options legally - legalize pot or make alcohol illegal. Both are drugs, however out of the two, pot is significantly less dangerous.
