Ok so I want to know.. in all honestly what the best way to achieve good ranks in SERPS??

Is it to pay a SEO company or some Indian company to do this? If so how much is a website per keyword? ( any good reccomendations? is elance better as opposed to going direct to a seo company?)

Or

Use programs/tools such as SB, Xrum, Senuke and spend hours doing shit/submitting, spinning...

Or

Joining link networks, link vana, etc and submitting all your links through that? Like high quality links ..

Or

Pray to god your rankings go up magically?

..oh yea and buying links on the down low

some niches and site dont lend themselves to being ones where you can do a guest post unless you do a non topic one and have a link to your very niche site in the bio.

I can tell you this, from extensive spilt testing.. all links work. Even xrumer and blog comments if you do them the right way

No argument there - virtually all links have a purpose just like virtually all kinds of content/copy have a purpose. It's a vast internet world. :)

well, the reason I think guest posting is best is because if you can find a similar site - with your target market - you can do SEO while doing the business building stuff. You really should do what you can to appeal to that site owner and get some of that traffic. They have the traffic in your market already.

Instead of relying so much on rankings for your inbound traffic, you are driving direct traffic from that site. The SEO benefit is a bonus.

agreed, links are links.

Well, I use fiverr.com for link building. It's amazing what people are willing to do for just $5...
