How does this compare to datapresser? I see the advantage of not needing domains and hosting for every blog you create but you must lose a lot of these as they get deleted from the free hosts? Anything LFE does that DP doesnt?

They are very different.

Datapresser is a hosted spinner with database content which can be added in. It produces xml backup files which can be used to produce future dated content for wordpress.

LFE is a self hosted blog creator and poster, with it's own spinner. It doesn't come with the DP database content, but it is infinitely extensible through the hook system, so if you can code PHP, it is easy to add new data sources in. It also has some limited blog management capabilities. It also supports blogger and tumblr. It also has a pligg posting engine as well.

You can use LFE on your own blogs if you want. You can import existing blog farms or blogs you are already working with.

Datapresser is great if you want to do WP only, blogs which you own. The problem I ran into using it, was that they stopped adding new databases and content sources, and then it got boring to use.
 
Ok thanks... I guess I am not really understanding exactly what it is I need. I recently came across a guy doing local SEO sourcing almost all the links to his client sites from blogs he owned, created using some sort of tool like this. I would like to do the same sort of thing - build up a network of blogs that I can use for my own seo link building purposes, as automated as possible. I probably need to start a thread asking people what they recommend as this is your sales thread and I dont want to shit it up asking about alternative software/services.
 
If you want, PM me your target, and I will look at what he is doing. I might recognize it since I have been playing with blogs for a couple years now. If so, I'd be happy to point you in worthwhile direction.

I have baught lfe through your link on 6th july. I have some problems while using it. Firstly, I haved tried to figure out on my own then I have contacted lfe support without luck as a last option I am contacting you.

Guerrilla: very good pre-sales support!, congratulations!. I've read most of the thread and I found this question, which is also a question I make myself: is there any problem to host LFE in the same host than my main site? (my hosting: shared hostgator baby plan).

Another pre-sales question: I'm not a coder nor a webmaster, should be feasible for me to install the tool?...

Short answer, it is fine. Long answer, it is always better to separate them. If you PM me with some idea of how "spammy" your niches are that you are working on, I might be able to give you a better recommendation.

how long does it take you guys to get a blog up? I set the program up last night and did a trial run of blog creation. 54 blogs still on awaiting activation after 10 hours. I'm assuming i'm doing something wrong.

Yessir it sounds like you are. Have you tried the LFE forum? Did I PM you my contact info? I don't do support on weekends, but I am on Skype right now and will be back on AIM on Monday.
