This has been my experience:
Ordered on the 15th of Nov - heard nothing back.
Emailed directly on the 19th of Nov asking for an update - received an email saying an email had been sent to me requesting more details and that it must have been spammed. Nothing in my spam folder.
Emailed the details over again on the 20th - heard nothing back.
Emailed again yesterday - heard nothing back.
So after two weeks i'm $250 down and nothing but wasted time to show for it.

There are NO orders with the username ScottMacair, so we weren't able to communicate with you directly - you actually used the username 'csskit' so we instead opted for e-mailing. We received you order on the 15th of November, it was using a generic anchor text and you left the URL field completely blank.
We emailed you that day asking for clarification and didn't receive a response.
On the 19th we got an e-mail from you saying you hadn't received a confirmation e-mail and that you hadn't received a followup/report yet either.
I asked for the URL so we could start writing the article (we couldn't start before because we had no idea what your niche was). On the 20th we received your reply and it was immediately sent to a writer.
Once work starts we say that you'll receive your report within 14 days, since getting your order in full it's been a total of 7 days. The writer is putting the finishing touches on it (we've been extremely busy as you can see, but I moved you to the front of the line as you had been waiting for longer) and hopefully it'll be published in the next couple of days.
We try to get orders finished as soon as we can, but there isn't much we can do when there is incomplete (no URL)/incorrect (wrong username) information.
No worries, looks like your post will go live tomorrow. Ready for more orders.
Placed an order and the next day I received an email from tencentpiece with a link to where my link was placed; everything was just as promised! One of the very few totally legit link services around here, will definitely be placing a few more orders!

Everybody who ordered during the sale has now had their articles completed, we will slowly be adding all of the articles over the next couple of days. Hope to have it all completed by Saturday.

Ordered a few PR4's & PR5's a couple weeks ago and Will came through as usual. High quality sites, great blogroll links that should be around for quite some time. The links have already been picked up in GWT & ahref's, which is a good sign.
On a side note I would love it..LOVE IT, if this service were available on a niche basis. I realize that's not easy, but man that would be a kick ass service.
