list of networks supporting postback or automatic pixel placement

i need a list of networks that support postback or pixel placement automatically(read, i don't want to have to ask for a pixel to be placed).

i know neverblueads supports postback, but any others?

Almost all networks I've come across that use Directtrack will support postbacks. Here's a list (both DT and non-DT) that I've personally used postbacks with-

CPA Storm
ExclusiveCPA (pretty sure about that one)
Motive Interactive

Also Firelead's system lets you place your own pixel, not sure if they do postbacks.
