at this point.. it's not even about the iPad. It was only $800. I fly 1st class on UA all the time and to me it's about the customer service service. I still haven't got a reply since my 1st @ reply from them.

All I want to know is if they have it or did the person on the next flight get a free gift.

Yeah I was stuck in Oregon for 14 hours, they gave me a hotel voucher and then shipped me off to a hotel that DOESNT accept vouchers.

Fun shit....what a ride.
