I was in Vegas once and I saw someone get knocked out like that right in front of Bally's. I was talking to Bally's Security while the EMTs were helping the guy and apparantly, you don't really have to be hit that hard to get knocked out. A sharp fast blow to the jaw will "shake" your brain and it just shuts down and causes temporary unconsiousness. It was really unnerving to see it happen.

Then I blew $1700 on strippers, so all was well.
