So is this designed to rank only the places account or will the video rank as well? The website?

Sorry. I am not that familiar with using a video and pr in the local ranking process.

What kind of video? Do I need to provide you with images for the video?
Basic promo video. If you have certain images of the business or stock photos you'd like to use, feel free to send them along.

Will the article be well written or a spun article from another source?
The news article will be original, well-written article

Where will you be submitting the Press Release too?
The press release will be up to 300 words then spun and yes, submitted to 20 different PR sites
 
Thank you for your reply - can I get the press release or provide information for the press release and not have it spun? just submitted to a handful of sites then given to me to submit to paid sites?

Yes. The video will get backlinks, so get some cheap views, comments, etc and you should be on your way to having the video rank with you local keyword, too.

Google has been picking up even plain text as mentions when full name, address, etc is mentioned. The news site article and PR will have this, as well as an extra anchored backlink to your client's site where possible.
