try justhost.com hosting using LOYALTY coupon.
after buying hosting,send an email to them , requesting change your addon domain from 1 to unlimited and they will do it.
they got a lil bug in their system and doing so , as i told you,will get you a veery good hosting for a very cheap price.
In case you using autoblogs, dont choose justhost... they dont allow autoblogs.
Alternatively,ipage and fatcow are also good for me.cpanel of ipage and fatcow sucks a bit .not exactly cpanel.
Hawkhost does very nice also,although site of hawkhost looks cheap but their services is extremely good.

Try Hostthename.com I have seen its cheapest about 1$ per month and have unlimited addon domains .
Subigo's $9/year plan would be a good fit if you want DirectAdmin or if you want cPanel, click on the AffiliateMarketingServers.com link in my sig (shameless plug, I own AffiliateMarketingServers.com) and you'll be taken to a page through which you can order shared cPanel hosting with unlimited domains @ $11.76 per year.
Smaller companies like AffiliateMarketingServers.com and Zensix can put better prices on the table because they're more flexible than huge-ass organizations. That being stated though, be careful and only work with hosting companies ran by people with a track record which makes you feel comfortable.

Just discovered ix web hosting recently.
They let you have up to 10 different IP addresses in your shared hosting plan. Pretty affordable pricing too I believe.
They are b-class IPs, not C. But whatever. A separate IP is always cool in my book no matter what it is.
