Looking for 4dsense Alternative that allows Gambling

I know there are tons of 4dsense alternatives out there, but does anyone know of the ones in particular that allowing gambling, sports betting websites. I'm currently going through my list but still haven't come across one yet. Adbrite is currently down and directing users to a Pac-Man game

And finally after reading a few threads here where/who are some of the gambling affiliates that go after (pay for) clicks...

If your based in the US with mainly US traffic there isnt really any alternatives. You would make far more doing gambling affiliate deals.

In poker/casino/sports betting there are still some reputable operators who are ignoring the UEIGA ban

Poker - Full Tilt/Poker Stars
Casino - Golden Casino (which they strongly deny is not Golden Palace )
any of the casinos from Brightshare
Sports Betting - Ultimate Bet

Peakclick and Kliktop although with Peakclick the initial feed sucks ballz, you need to send them a little traffic and let them evaluate. Once done your payouts will go up by 20-30x's the crappy initial feed.
