Looking for a keyword re-arranger tool

I'm trying to find a simple keyword re-arranger tool (or script, spreadsheet - anything will do).

Basically like the SEOBook phrase builder but automated.

So it takes eg:

buy blue widget
buy cool red widget
special magic purple widget with bells and whistles
etc

and spits out:

buy blue widget
buy widget blue
blue widget buy
blue buy widget
etc

Basically taking a string of words, splitting them and giving all possible combinations.

The SEObook tool is good, but only has 3 groups. I found this: The permutator - very similar to the SEObook tool, but has 5 groups. They are both still a lot of work though to split the keywords from other tools and enter them.

This seems to be quite straightforward, but I can't find anything to do it! I'm ideally looking for a free solution but will consider a paid one.

Forget the free tool - Just go to an elance or rentacoder-type of site and have someone make one for you - would cost next to nothing, and you wouldn't waste a bunch of time scouring for the tool. Time is far more valuable than money, IMO. I wasted a good year of my life trying to do everything for free - didn't make squat, either compared to now.
