OK so here's my story.
A few months ago we bought a new apartment and decided that we'd do some renovations. 1.5 months ago we started renovating using a contractor that came recommended to us by one of our neighbors that had used him in the past for a smaller project but was reasonably happy with him.
Long story short, he did a really shit job and fucked off half-way through without even finishing it, although he'd already been paid for like 80% of the work (year, I'm an idiot). The damage isn't THAT bad and he owes me like $3,500 not including the actual damage he did to our flat which includes seriously scratching all the parquets to the extent that we had to replace them all (there goes another $2K) and all sorts of other things that our new contractor (which is great btw) needed to fix. Basically everything he touched turned to shit.
Now, when he fucked off he told me that he'd come back and finish the job (that he'd already been paid for) if I paid him another $3K. I told him to go fuck himself and to pay me back what he hasn't yet done. He actually didn't finish ANY of the work he'd started.
Now, every time I call him he just says he doesn't have time for me and hangs up.
My wife doesn't like confrontations and forbids me (yeah, that's the right term in this case) to take him to court for damages etc. and doesn't want me to do anything traceable. If it was up to me I'd fucking break him arms and legs and then take him to court, but unfortunately I have to do what the big boss says.
I still want to fuck him up so I'm thinking since he's a contractor, his cellphone is pretty much his life, and he needs to answer all calls and can't afford to change his number.
So here's the bottom line and purpose of this whole post.
What I want to do is to start bombarding him with SMS messages and maybe even cellphone calls, and really make him miserable. I live outside the US if that means anything.
What I'd like is some SMS or voice message service that I can register to using an RDP and perhaps pay for with a VCC and keep things completely untraceable back to me. Any advice on what and how to do, or any suggestions on other ways to turn his cellphone into a fucking nuisance for him would be greatly welcomed.
