Looking for an SEO manager

I have been in IM for a long time now and used to manage all my own SEO. I now run a local real estate business that takes up all my time. I am looking for someone legit to help manage the SEO for my website.

I have a good idea of what works and doesn't, but I simply don't have the time to manage the SEO for my site. I have two full time programmers that can do on-site, mainly looking for offsite services.
