I'm looking for some online marketers that are good at developing banners, blogs, etc to help our information publishing company. These would be per hour projects or permanent positions depending on the match.
This would be mostly design/development projects.
If you can create content as well (reports, camtasia, slideshows, etc) - that's even better!!
I did a lot of hiring from oDesk, scriptlance and all of that in the past but truth be told, I'd rather have somebody who understands direct response and what we're trying to build here...

I'm mostly looking for young, raw talent... people who are at the start
of their career and wanna become great direct response marketers.
