Ordered five articles on a tightly related topic. Communication was professional, and everything seemed to be going well.

Then there was an unusual delay in communication. And now my payment has just been refunded, out of the blue. Shortly thereafter I received an apology, with an explanation that expected staff re-assignments did not materialize, and they are not able to complete the work as promised.

Refunding was certainly the correct response given they were unable to deliver as promised. +rep on professionalism.

I'm pretty disappointed, though. I planned to try their 'leased monthly writer', if the initial order worked out.
