I have a huge amount of work for clients and currently I'm doing all the work myself. I'm looking for someone who has a solid portfolio and is versed in the following skills

website design (xhtml, css, compatibility/IE, pages dont NEED to validate as long as it looks right in all browsers I'm cool with that)
integrating designs into wordpress, and custom programming for wordpress (not extensive, but you need to know you're way around wordpress' php files)
php would be helpful but I have someone already who is very good in php so its not entirely necessary
jquery and javascript is a huge bonus, huge huge

We can talk about pay, I'm guestimating you'd get ~$500+ for each design depending on how much the client is paying (just the PSD. I'm also cool with you modifying templates to expedite things). Some designs may pay up to 1-2k down the line (I have people that need sites like that but it may not be right away)

Please reply with your portfolio if you are okay with it being on the forum, as I dislike PM's, if you must PM though so be it :)

Also, I should add that these are websites for various services and whatnot, not landing pages... so the person I hire should be good at stylistic designing, having it convert well doesn't matter.

You need a kick-ass 'direct response' designer who's been in the industry for well over half a decade, who can bash out creative graphics that drop the jaws of your clients and is always online (except for when he is sleeping).
