[FONT="] CPA Manager Responsibilities[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Daily management of currently running campaigns[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Monitor activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase generated revenues.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Recruit new networks.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Optimize accounts by effectively recommending campaigns relevant to how they promote.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to networks.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Establish channels of communication to ensure all networks have access to marketing tools, and to develop custom marketing material as required.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Work closely with VP of Marketing to build and expand the CPA division.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Represent company at all marketing related trade shows deemed necessary by the VP of Marketing.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Be able to maintain professionalism in all kinds of difficult situations.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Qualifications:[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Experience in online marketing mandatory. (Experience with CPA purchasing/management preferred)[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Solid computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Acrobat and Outlook.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Ability to present a professional level conversation on the phone.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Strong organizational skills and a team player.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Excellent written and verbal communication skills.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Outgoing and willing to take initiatives in finding new business.[/FONT]
·[FONT="]Strong sales and negotiation skills.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Compensation:[/FONT]
[FONT="]This position is commission based, to be discussed upon interview. No relocation expenses are available for this position.[/FONT]
