Looking to hire online marketing manager

I hear you, but I think the difference is - I'm not putting someone in an office and saying "sling berries and I'll keep all the dough".

I have a deep established business that allows me to monetize these leads better than 99% of people, this allows larger profit margins that then allows us to pay higher CPC's. I don't need someone who is so good that they could clear $1m a year for themselves... I just need someone technically brilliant who can advance an already advantageous position.

Another factor is that a lot of people, however brilliant, just prefer working for others. Going home, clocking off and not having all the stress and anxiety that comes from having your own money on the line.

I'm just curious what Niche this is in, It would be hard as hell and take a team to spend 500k on Google, Yahoo! and adblade cloaking, so I wouldn't think its Pharma or Gambling.

Forex maybe?

Company Description

We are a small online advertising agency catering to the financial niche.

Why not just farm it to a PPC agency and do a rev share with a non-compete? Who the hell wants to deal with an employee or employees? IMO they are a drain and you end up training someone who becomes a competitor in 12 to 18 months.

If interested PM me.

OP mentioned having an established business where they can afford to pay more per lead than competitors. This partially implies he already has an established team of lead sales/biz dev.

This sounds like a really compelling position, just because you have had some success in media buying doesn't necessarily put you in the position to want to be an affiliate slingin the berries for a 3rd party, worrying if you will get paid out or if the FTC will come knocking because of the morals/disreguarded for applicable laws that may have had to be shed to get there. <-- run on incoherent thought
