I have two sites I am interested in selling. Both are several months old, have content on them and receive organic traffic daily. I believe my posting this here does not violate any forum rules. I hope I'm not mistaken.
The first site is an e-commerce site. I'm selling the site because it's converting at about 1:500. I don't have the skill necessary to optimize an e-commerce site. The site ranks for several decent key terms. This site is in the cosmetics niche and outranks many made for adsense sites that appear to be making money. So, the site can easily be converted into whatever other type of site you please. The three main keywords make up about 35,000 exact match searches (total) and the site ranks top three for each of them. The site also ranks for about ten other secondary key terms, most of which yield about 1,000 exact match local searches per month. The site ranks on the first page for many of these secondary keywords.
The second site ranks on the first page (fifth spot) for three terms. The first gets 33,000 exact match local searches, the second gets 18,000 and the third gets 2,000. Although I have adsense on this site, it should really be converted into a leads generation site. This site outranks the relatively few other leads generation sites that I have seen. It does not yield as much traffic as it could because it will require a little more SEO in order to jump over Google's local/places search results. If memory serves, CPC is $6.00.
