If you like that design, there's a -ton- better on themeforest. IMHO the above examples, including their portfolio, are pretty weak. The Woothemes stuff is a lot better also I think.

I'm still on the hunt for a professional looking lead generation landing page theme. I've yet to come across one.

Yeah Woo Themes are great. I have them on a couple of sites. I will check out Themeforest also.

You can make your own modifications to an existing theme. And that is one like that!
