yea magic jack definitely works not the most reliable but for 20$ a year, I mean come on. It's pretty good though.

that magicjack USB dongle looks so sketchy and cheap, I use skype for international and just my cell for house an normal phone.

Humm maybe I'll try it out for shits and giggles.

Yeh I was going to use Skype, but the one downside I saw in their plan is that you can't call cell phones. It costs something like $0.25 - $0.45 per minute extra.

Don't buy it. I know several people who ordered it, and had nothing but problems...

I tried to find you a couple of honest reviews, but shit.. there's too many flogs and review sites on it, hah. Goddamn AM's. :1bluewinky:

I have used one and any problems lie in the same problems anyone would have in VoIP, upload speeds.

MagicJack quality like any VOIP product is dependent on your bandwidth. Overall it's a good product just read the fine print concerning your privacy and ask yourself how they can provide nationwide long distance for $20/yr. They haven't cranked the contextual ad machine dial to crazy just yet

I see friend who use to make call to America for cheap. It good for use casual and very cheap.

But if have many phone calls very important maybe better use more expensive voip service that reliable.
