While I could probably interpret what you're asking, I'm going to say, you'll be better off improving your english, then coming back and asking again. Otherwise this thread could become a disaster as you try to ask for clarification in broken english.

No, don't use Site2you.com. If you're going to invest time and effort into becoming a web designer use something worth the money. Buy Dreamweaver. It's simple and has many features that any noob could use, such as cross-browser compatability.

Learn HTML and CSS, then JavaScript , after that PHP&MySQL, your better off doing your own programming, it's a challenge at first, but it makes life easier when you have that many more options to work with.
