I would put a banner up to some practical joke site or something...is there any aff programs for those? Surely there is something out there. The banner can say something like, "You've been dickrolled ! Click here to find a way to get your "friend" back and to stop the dickroll...."

You need to get it on twitter or something. People will start dickrolling their followers and it really should go viral. (viralish maybe)
