Guys please don’t be taken in by this man- emergent. I am new to this forum and I never imagined that I would come across someone who plays cheap tricks here. This man has robbed me off my $50!! I had placed an order with him for his video creation service a couple of days ago via his mail id and specifically mentioned that I needed it within a week. While we were at the discussion stage he readily agreed and told me he would do the job but the next day he said that he would need 14 days to complete it. I told him it was not possible for me to wait for 14 days and asked for a refund. He flatly refused to refund my money and told me he would give me a negative review if I messed with him.
Can you please get this guy banned? He seems to be here to rob people of their money.

To clarify, this service has been active for less than a week and no reviews were given out prior to this.

At this point in time, it looks like Queen Bee is a seller (who I'll keep nameless for now because he's delivered good content to me twice before) that I managed to piss off yesterday by filing a Paypal claim when the content they delivered wasn't what I'd ordered. This isn't verified yet but seems likely.

Queen Bee, if you'd be kind enough to produce the conversation we had regarding your order, I'd be happy to rectify this situation

To clarify, I am not a seller. I would urge you to please show me the thread where I am selling my services. This is weird absolutely!

And why should I give you any proof. Whatever proof I have I will send to the moderator, you are not fit to validate the truth. Besides, I do not understand the stories you are fabricating. The little that I could make out is that, perhaps you're a pro at deceiving people!! And what's more, you're confessing it too!

Not sure about what Queen Bee is saying but here I am Tyler. Since you've been kind enough to narrate your side of the story, here's mine. Let's keep this little favor of not naming me off the book.

Tyler ordered with me about 3 weeks back. He asked for what apparently looked like 4 articles-- 3 of them 700 words each, one article of 500 words. I popped his order back more than a week ago. I charged him only for those articles. It was not until yesterday that he found he had ordered 8 articles and I sent him only 4 of them( I charged him for 4 articles). When I got to know of this I told him it was not my fault alone.

It wasn't my fault Tyler. To my utter surprise he did nothing but launched a PayPal claim for the whole amount. When I later took this up with him, he said." Refund me my money or I write you a negative review on your service thread".

The little that I know of Tyler tells me he's a nice bloke. He has ordered with me before but only this time it was so different. He could have ordered with me( or someone else for that matter) to get the other 4 articles written, but he chose to rob me of my hard word( I spent hours writing those articles Tyler, I sure was late by a single day in turning them around but I didn't sell you junk, ever). It was only $43 but still it was my money. I've reported this issue with Zingo yesterday.

You didn't piss me off my friend. You may have fallen on the other side of luck- that's totally understandable. What stayed with me is this--I'm still amazed at how you pulled it off. Wishing you all the best with your business. I don't back-stab my friend, never.

I just realized that I'd misread what Queen Bee had said, I'd read that he'd placed an order two weeks ago.

Regardless, whoever Queen Bee is never actually ordered from me. Proof upon request. Already sent all details to Zingo on the matter.

Hey are you crazy or something?? You don't seem to remember anything after having robbed me of my money. You don't remember when you placed an order, you don't remember what the order was...what's wrong with you? If you are not keeping too well and are suffering from memory loss problems please go and see a doc. And if you think you're fine you're a pathetic liar!

Stop scamming people and if earning pots of money is your goal, work hard; DON'T ROB PEOPLE.

Ok, here is my part of the story: I ordered over 3 weeks an upgrade for an existing design/psd and a wordpress theme thereof. Turnaround time was one week. We also established on emergents own wish a kind of agreement per mail, just to have something written.

After an initial mockup (without sending the psd or source files) I paid him upfront the first part and emergent didn't finish the job on time. Basically there was no progress. I had to leave for a week on travel and extended his deadline.

When I came back he had some story about he got homeless and has infrequent internet access but everything is ready so far, he just needs to send the files in.

He didn't however, for several days now and does not answer on skype, though he is daily online.

Filed today a refund request via paypal.

Whatever happened, the guy isn't a reliable business partner. Don't want to out anybody, but I better had googled him before, this is the same person and it's not the first time as it seems (Tyler Lemieux - Designer for Hire! - Web Hosting Talk).
