This is what the newly launched company, Cloud-ads, aims to do. We allow you to place your ad-space in an auction and accept bids. We provide banners which you place on your site and link to your auction. There is no startup or registration fees for this, only a 5% commission at the end of every successful auction. We have just launched this week and trying to populate our site. We also have a FREE CLASSIFIEDS section and also provide ad-space on our site. So our rates are :
