This is an auction for my wordpress blog Free Samples and Coupons by Free Stuff Finder
The domain is about 2 years old and is registered for a few more years. Here is some info on the site:
- Over 12,000 visits a months. (over 400 a day)
- 290 RSS subscribers
- site makes over $350 a month from adsense and affiliate banners/ posts
- site is very easy to run and has a community of followers
- Custom designed theme from BlogOhBlog.com
- site is legit freebies, not scammy "zip submit" freebies.
- Just added a utility to collect email addresses. Get a few signups a day.
The site is doing well, it gets about $200-$250 in adsense a month and AT LEAST $75 in affiliate banners/blog posts. I just joined LOGICAL MEDIA, which is an affiliate network that has great, non-scam freebie offers (real free samples). I have been making more since i joined logical media, but it's only been a few weeks.
I also added a form to start building an email list a few weeks ago. I don't promote it that much, but from just putting it up i already have 120 people who signed up to the list. I have not started marketing/monetizing the list yet. But it would be a great combo with Logical Media offers.
The site is REALLY easy to run. You just find freebies on other well known freebie sites (i'll supply those as well) and then post a few a day (or less if you don't have time). It takes about 5-10 minutes a day. I try to write them with SEO in mind, and it's paid off. you can schedule the posts to post throughout the day. Plus users post freebies as well.
I'm looking to get at least $4000 for the site. If you do nothing more than i'm doing now, you should be able to make about $4,500 in a year. If you post more frequently than me and start marketing to the email list, you should be able to do MUCH better.
I can obviously send screenshots of earnings and PDF's of traffic reports to any interested bidders/buyers, but the attachment is too large to post here.
