I have noticed that people ask for sample report and use them for their own personal gain and have no intentions of buying!
Therefore I won't be offering sample report any longer, Sorry.

That's fair enough. But not only will you not provide any sample reports, you aren't even willing to do the job first and get payment on completion. OK, I don't have hundreds of itrader but I do have a fair few - all from sellers - and everyone was happy that I paid on completion.
If you had taken my order some weeks ago you'd now have at least two itraders
Maybe if you're more open to posting before payment (at least from those members with higher itrader) you will get more orders. If you really worried about non payment you could start with smaller value orders till you build up some trust.
