I too would be out conquering the world, getting food and women from warm places, if I had this as an alternative when living at home:

"British Empire" lol.. Arabs now own a majority of the financial markets and juicy real estate In London Indians own majority of their manufacturing and Muslims are converting Brit towns into obeying sharia law..hey atleast you still have the history channel and reruns of Dr who to mask the fact that you're being raped from the inside out.
 
A lot of those countries made the list because of temporary station of British troops in them as part of allied forces during the world war 2. I don't remember learning about Croatia being invaded by Britain.

Interestingly, of the European countries that have been left alone, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Andorra and Monaco are all tiny tax havens.
