I've tried a number of their offers, both free trials, and rev share. Conversion rates on the whole were signifigantly lower than comparable offers.

I have made sales with them but hardly ever got any re orders. With leadingedgecash though i get a WHOLE lot of re orders.
My overall experience with MarketHealth/JoeBucks has been average. You can make a LOT on a single sale but at the same time, the PPC guys are all over those offers (and have been for some time). As far as the previous posts go, I can't say with any certainty that any skimming has taken place -- at the same time, when I promoted them, I didn't have "fail safes" in place. On a positive note, they do let you place search engine pixels with ease and you COULD use that as a "semi-fail safe."
I'd vouch for Gary (owner of MarketHealth / JoeBucks) anyday. Top notch guys. I get a big fat check from them every month for products I promoted for them over 10 MONTHS ago. Their products aren't as overpriced as you may think and they don't do free trials usually, but that just weeds out the chargebacks you'd normally get. The conversions are definitely lower than others, but its so tough to find trustworthy guys like them around so thats why I stuck with them over others. To each their own though.
Market Health is really useful network to work with and made me some decent cash .. recommended...
