Excerp: "Providing that for purposes of the definition of "engage in the business of an out-of-state vendor" under the sales and use tax law a seller shall be presumed under specified circumstances to have an agent, canvasser, representative, salesman, or solicitor operating in the State for the purpose of selling or taking orders; providing that the presumption may be rebutted by specified proof; etc."

If it passes, a lot of MD affiliates will get terminated from most of the CPS programs.

<self promotion> my writeup </self promotion>

If you're in MD, speak up son. Last one was here, and got shot down. It's back. Sigh.

All states that are hungry for quick enormous amounts of cash should just legalize marijuana and tax the shit out of it. Hai surplus!

Leave the internet alone.

I didn't hear anything from Amazon and i'm in Colorado. The bill didn't pass here, we defeated it. They removed all affiliate related wording.

I moved out of Maryland, but one of my businesses is still legally there. I might have to take care of that.
