MAU. How to effectively increse this metric on Facebook?

Your feedback as far as how can one boost MAU/DAU numbers is appreciated. As for now what works are the volumes of traffic you buy to your app on FB. But you cannot always buy the same volumes and somitemes the traffic does not simply convert...
 


Add value to your app. Be it content or w/e. And force users to install the app to in order to get hold of that value. Just tickle their curiosity or w/e might bring them to your app and then lock the juicy specifics.

Build user engagement.

Remind users that already have installed your app via posts and notifications. Think very well what you are going to post and what notifications are you going to push. Think about every angle.

As you didn't say what exactly is the app about you are going to get only meta answers.

thanks, nearly forgotten about LS. I remember Rockyou offered similar in the past...Have you happened to do any business with them? Are they still relevant cause I think LS outperforms them in terms of #1.

Lifestreet is cheaper and owns about 60% of FB apps inventory.
Rockyou was good as well but their traffic is more expensive and not always convetrs better. Also they can't be scaled as Lifestreet.
