For those doubting a conspiracy, let's look at what we can all agree on.
NDAA was completely fucked up and snatched away many of our rights (I agree guerilla, but for now let's go with the commonly perceived definition). Congress has passed several National Defense Authorization Acts, but they have always been House bills and voted on by Congress. For some reason, Obama felt the need to push the 2012 version into law via Executive Order. Why? Well, many of the provisions contained in it would never have made it through Congress (at least without raising unnecessary attention to it) so he acted as dictator and made them law anyway.
The key here is when it was signed - December 31st. New Years Eve, Saturday night, half the country too drunk to know what's going on and the other half too dumb to care. The last few National Defense Authorization Acts were signed into law weeks into January so there was no deadline, yet he signed an Executive Order into law on a Saturday night when the least amount of people would notice.
Now fast forward to March 16th when he signs the executive order for NDRP into law, the Friday night before St Patrick's Day - the only day that might have more drunk idiots than New Years Eve, not paying attention to whats going on.
I point these two things out simply to see if we can all agree that Obama signed these Executive Orders into law with a very specific goal of avoiding attention as much as possible. I think it's obvious that the administration wanted as little exposure as possible on these two Executive Orders, and I doubt anybody would disagree with that.
So, if we can all agree that the Administration acted in a willful manner to obstruct the public's view of NDAA and NDRP, why is it so hard to believe that they might push a convenient story (albeit a few weeks old) for the tabloid media to clamp onto in order to further distract the attention of the public?
It doesn't need to be some grand conspiracy, like I said 15,000 murders happen every year in this country and plenty more rapes and other violent crimes too. It can't be too hard to find one to use to stir up racial anger in the public. I know we don't want to admit we're easily manipulated but history has proven otherwise time and time again.
tldr; don't look behind the curtain.
