member section / own website currency+shopping cart (paypal)

looking for a sign up / login section for my site. members have to sign up to create an account, verify from their email.

also will have my own site currency, meaning people buy my site currency using paypal, and then will be able to use the currency to purchase items that i list for sale. must be able to easily edit prices (in terms of my site currency) of items too.
