Men age quicker when married

I can see having kids with a woman making you age quicker. Having to get up in the middle of the night 3-4 times a week cause your baby is screaming would make anyone age faster.

I would almost rather adopt children just so I could skip that phase.

That's why you encourage breastfeeding, silly.

Being married in and of itself is not stressful at all (for me, at least). It's having children. I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old. The three year old is the most difficult, and most stressful; we can already tell that the baby is going to be much more at ease and less "spirited" (fortunately, for the sake of our sanity).

But I do know it'll get easier, and I look forward to the future when that particular part of her brain that controls emotion is more developed.

My wife still breastfeeds our toddler and co-sleeps with both. I sleep in another room, voluntarily lol. They've adjusted quite well, but our toddler, at least 3 times a month wakes up and just goes insane in the middle of the night. Screaming, wanting to go downstairs and rock in a rocking chair. Usually it's because of knee aches, which runs on my wife's side. That shit is the most stressful of it all at 4am and there's nothing but screaming for 10-15 mins. ugggghh.

PS. Not to sound too pissy about having kids, my toddler is pretty kick ass despite being high strung.. This is her 2 yrs ago.

It's my way of retaliating from the jealousy I experience when I'm sitting at home over the weekend while all my single friends are out partying. You're going to watch that video of my child and you're going to like it, bastard.
