OBL is kept at 45 to maximize link juice and authority passing. Having your link sticky on the front page within contextual will be very effective.
 
Review: Received the report 15 minutes after ordering. The PR of the sites is as described. The links were placed in a general post on the homepage after a short excerpt (around 30 words of text related to my niche). These are some pretty powerful domains. If one of your sites won't budge, this may be the service to do it. Recommended.

All I can say is that these are well-backlinked sites (I don't have all the best tools) and MeteorLinks10 was at his computer and it's about as fast as I've ever bought links.
