I ordered a site on Saturday the 16th. Jasica PMed me an keyword/EMD almost immediately. I didn't like the first one, nothing wrong with it I just wanted something I was more familiar with.
Got a second keyword CPC: $4.33 Exact Searches: 1600 and gave the go ahead. A couple of PM's later I have my site. I really like the look, and the content is good. I will definitely be using Jasica again in the very near future.

Update Got a site about 3 weeks ago or so it is up to number 3 now gets a click or 2 most days now. Will order more before long.
 
Tried out this service and the domains suggestions were pretty good and there was a quick turn around on the builds and implementations. Overall I am very happy with the work that was done. In short, it saved me time and gave me some interesting ideas to explore which I wouldn't have come up with on my own.
