Micro/Niche/Affiliate site for Experience!

I'm looking for an internship like position with someone who has been successful in the micro/niche/affiliate site business. My day job is a software engineer, and on the side I've been trying to get a passive income stream going through these kinds of sites.

There are two primary I see learning how to create profitable niche sites.
1) Do it! Trial and error.
2) Find someone who's figured it out and learn from them.

I'm currently working on (1) and am looking for someone who can offer (2).

I'm highly flexible, honest and a quick study. I'd be happy to build you a site or tool in order to learn from someone who has developed a system that is generating a real income stream.

I'm not looking for an ebook, articles, or to be sold anything.
