Yeah, it's really a catch 22. There are arguments both ways. Meanwhile, brilliant legislators in my state are trying to ban Brazilian Bikini waxes! lmfao What a waste of time and money! BUT...if it passes, sign me up for the enforcement unit!

While this cause may help the cause that American citizens shoouldn't have to put up with this bullshit from their own country AND I can't speak for her experience since I wasn't there...all that being said: I just had my first pat down last week and it was nothing. The lady was obviously concerned about my comfort level and there was nothing weird about it.

I guess I'm saying this level of emotional response annoys me because people should take me seriously when I say THIS IS WRONG. I shouldn't have to cry and be an extenuating circumstance for people to SEE that this wrong.

Dunno what's she's crying about... we used get this sort of pat down all the time entering night clubs. I went out with a girl who had massive boobs for a few years, and she'd regularly get molested by female bouncers in the queue. So what? A stranger touches your junk. And?

I feel for her, not because of all the sobbing, but because it would be violating for someone to touch someone like that just so they can travel.

But what alternative is there? I mean would she feel better if she was probed by a machine rather than someone's hands?

What really grinds my gears about the TSA "searching pat down" stuff is people who say it takes to long and makes them miss flights. I think, it actually is quicker. The only time I have been delayed due to pat downs is because assholes trying to film it, complaining and crying. If it bothers you to that extent, theres other means of transportation, ie. car, boat, train, etc etc.

I'd rather have them lift up my nut sack (and anyone elses they feel necessary) and check under there to make sure there isn't a bomb hiding in there than have my plane blown up. Safety is paramount. It's more important than some whiner crying about it's violating their privacy blah blah blah.

Don't want to risked being searched, don't fly.
