I want to do something really basic but cannot find out how to.

I want to change my blog title layout from this :

Ripping The Guts Out Of Market
Samurai

to this :

Ripping the Guts
Out of Market Samurai

any advice please ..........

also look into using the plugin "Platinum SEO" you can give each page, category etc it's own Title..
