Just got one done. Very nice work and quick turnaround. I really had no clue what I wanted and threw out an idea. They came back with a great design. Liked the text and the colors, just needed a change in the theme graphic. They nailed it on the first revision. Great work!

First - Wow on the quality.
Second - One designer to another - I think your nuckin' futz for offering those prices mate. Worth way more, and you're underselling your god given talents imo... add a zero to each once your initial 100 orders are done, you'll have a huge sick portfolio and testimonials up the ying... I don't do logos/branding for less than $500-$1000 let alone $30! - You have skills bro monetize them!! (sorry to be sharp!).

I asked for something similar in style to this. This sample was the main reason I ordered from him. I am not saying that for $30 this is a bad logo. I just think theres a little bait and switch in the portfolio and actual product.

$30 doesn't matter to me. I don't want a refund, I liked your portfolio and wanted something done by that designer. The quality was not up to par with the portfolio and i think that is obvious.
When you look at the logos I received next to the ones in your portfolio, few would even believe they were done by the same designer.
If it seems too good to be true. It is.
