Well you can have something like Coke does where people have to go to a web site and enter a code to maybe get something. So you can sell scratch cards that people can give to other people, and when those other people scratch the card they get a number and they have to go to makemoniesonline to enter it thinking they're going there to maybe win monies.
Ok two ideas...
1. Have the script only dick roll 10 times to keep the user before they quit and then redirect them to a google search for "make money online" though site search so you get ad revenue.
2. Have a static center page that says "Click to Leave" or "Leave Any Time You Want" in big text and big 2 adsense blocks under it. So the options are either force quit or click on a ad to leave the page.
I doubt google will love it but fuck them.

3. Have a splash page with a huge build up on how sweet the site is gonna be. Just enter in your email address. Take them emails and build up a list for yourself.
After they enter their info and hit submit, the dickrolling begins.

Then brand them with your URL and wack them on YouTube. Perhaps have some sort of 'make money' related gangster rap background music - could take off!

As with all these things, it's a Russian mafia group behind it, and you're basically helping them massively increase their botnet... but hey, if you're cool with it, go for it.
Fake antivirus PPI is big money.
Create an executable install file that bundles a 'helpful' PPI and requires name address, email zip etc to be entered during install. Also somehow have it change the users' start page to a dickroll after a few days.
Then have a pop up box after a few spins that says 'xyz has detected you have been infected by a new virus to hit the web that your antivirus program might not know about yet. Download our free anti-virus and pop-up blocker trial to fix it...etc' You bank a bit under a dollar on each install and there is no cost to the visitor.
Then take your new list and push some scary emails about this new virus adapting to antivirus systems for a few days - say your system will keep up to date though. When the homepage changes to the new dickroll and your free trial doesn't work, the poor sods will be happy to download the update you told them about (rinse and repeat the above) or even upgrade and pay for the premium version (which just cookies the user, so that they are redirected from the site or cant visit it).
In the mean time and afterward, spam and whore the hell out of that list with make money online stuff - or just sell the right to push to it.
When the site eventually gets nuked by google sell it and an ebook of the technique on DP.

You'd probably be better off changing back to a rick roll (for broader appeal). Then when someone tries to close it have the alert pop up saying "Stop this and send to friends". Have a box for their email and one for their friends emails, comma separated up to however many.
If they are anything like the people that forward this kind of crap to my wife, and copy their whole damn address book, You could get 20,30,50+ emails every time someone rick rolls their buddies.
