So I just spent the past hour looking at property listings for some of the places you guys live in... fuck that. I'm never moving from the mid-west... you guys are getting raped.

If I spent $1,600/month I'd be living in a nice 6-bedroom home: executive home for lease/rent

Most of you guys get boxes.
Wow. That place is impressive for that price. Here you'd be looking at $3500-$4500 or more.

How the hell do so many of you guys pay less than $500/month for rent? WTF you live in a box or something?

$610 Mortgage (A 3br 2ba 1050sqft home on a .1ac lot)
$39.95 for Cable Internet
$74.95 for Unlimited phone + data (Tmobile G1)
$75 Electricity (Avg)
$40 Heating (Avg)
$80 Vehicle Insurance
$300 For Food (Wife, baby & I)

So about $1220........

I saw this, but I couldn't figure out HOW the fuck it got bumped...

The last poster was doc785 on 8/19/09 when I looked at it an hour ago???

I was gonna dickroll the idiot for bumping this antique, then I was like WTF?

Mortgage $1,745

Elec $40

Rent $2,200
Gas/elec $400

Then there are business expenses on top of that

$45,000/yr for college (ugh)
$6,000/yr for food
$1,000/yr for gas
