It's pretty simple, the circle is sectioned off into 10ths. You start in the middle, the first section is three 10ths, then the point, then one 10th, then four 10ths etc.
Yup, I'll second that. I don't know Ryan but Ruck is a brilliant guy who's done some amazing things in the world of IM.
