Anyone got the chance to watch any of these? Havent had time myself to watch Headhunters.
I saw Let The Right One In. It was alright, the twist saved the movie
Went an hour into Thirst and the movie was fucking awkward as hell. What the fuck?
I'll watch the rest of the movies this week. Already saw Old Boy a couple of times!

Cool you actually watched them. I guess everyone has their own likes. I though those two movies where excellent. Maybe the setting in Sweden (you did watch the swedish version right?) is a bit foreign to americans, it's not exactly vibrant neither in emotional expression or in its setting. But that's part of what makes it interesting. The book its based on is far more violent and twisted.
I didn't know, but just found out that Thirst is actually made by the same director as Old Boy.
Just watched this. Great movie. Going to watch some of the other ones on the list.
The thing about LTROI is it's meant for people with certain kind of personality and ability to do certain thing with their brain (no I'm not sayin you lack it lol).
I've seen all movies listed on this thread so far and nothing will replace LTROI for me.

One of the most shocking movies I've ever seen. And one of the best ones as well! If you like french horror, try Frontières, À l'intérieur and Haute Tension.
Saw it recently, very enjoyable movie. Loved the atmosphere in this movie. I read on IMDb that they're remaking it.

I agree, one of the best movies of the last few years. I love how it just keeps going and going. And I actually prefer it over Old Boy.
