[MUST SEE] LOLS!!!! HYDRA EPIC FAIL!!!!!!

This happened at Azoogle a while back. An AM CC'd instead of BCC'd... like 300+ contacts. Believe ModernAd did the same thing too.

Yep, humans.. the fallible species

You could just filter your outgoing email for multiple external domain names, addresses, etc. Banks do this with 9 character numeric sequences to stop retard tellers from sending out SSNs.

When you think about it, it's not really a single human error, but a rather a lack of IT management. If you did a risk assessment, sending out a list of emails to people who are largely spammers should be pretty high up there. I'm sure it's happened before. When the stakes are this high it's important to have your shit together. One good customer might pay for a whole IT dept.

I have to agree here, AMs are a dime a dozen, not everyone can create the magic a good back end/IT guy does. Which makes me wish I didn't waste my time with a Marketing/Finance degree, fail.

Like your new avatar Mason. Now why don't you share some of what you be smokin' in that pipe, cracka.

Nothing new to me.. this has happened earlier too. :D 3 months ago i got a email from my hydra am with around 30 emails in it.

Everyone who posted on this thread officially has way too much time on their hands.

er... wait a minute :uhoh2:

I got blasted by some random network I've never had any sort of interaction with or heard of the other day. They had 400+ names in the to: field.

I segment my emails to different addresses. One for opt-ins, one for networks, ad accounts, personal and so on. Kind of pissed me off to get it solicited to my personal account.

And to the hydra dude, hiring humans is cool. Hiring people with a complete ineptitude for basic tasks really doesn't suit your interests though. Hopefully she's hot.
