Big time newby here. and definetly not a A.M. My A.M. can't ever help me get started mailing. he just keeps telling me his specialty" PPC ". I have my campaigns and tracking links but i can't email them. They just keep showing up in html code. do you have a little time to help me. Thank you, Tom
My Affiliate Manager Doesnt Know What Scrubbing Is.

Depending on what you're asking from your AM, this is understandable. Mailing is a friggin complicated beast with big big problems that arise if you screw something up.
It not there job to tell you HOW to do things, but they sure as hell should know what scrubbing is.
It is not your Am's job to tell you HOW to do your job at all what we are there for is for guidance and to give payout increases (lol) . I agree an AM needs to know what scrubbing is among many other affiliate marketing terms and if you have an AM that doesn't, just ask to be switched to a new one easy as that. The bottom line is as a affiliate manager I need to know the space backwards and forwards so I can speak intelligently about any question that you throw at me.
