I know way more about how it works then those shitty underpaid agents that talk real big, but don't have a clue what's really going on.:xomunch:

I know this much: epn is randomly closing alot of people's accounts,

I dunno this probably won't help but its worth a try at least you'll get someone live from ebay. This is ebays customer support line. They close at 530 pacific time.

Thanks for helping, but I think you've just illustrated my point about ebay. They have customer support (both phone and IM) for people that are purchasing items from ebay but they could care less about their EPN affiliates and that's just ridiculous. Over the past 10 years how much do you think affiliates have been responsible for ebay's overall revenue? (This is not a redundant question, I would really like to know). And even if it's just something like 5-10%, isn't something like that (which would still be billions of dollars) worth focusing on as a company?
 
Over at the BANS forum they were talking about eBay closing account and then sending a letter a week later telling the affiliate they made a mistake.

Ugh...
